EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• The candidates for the studies have to possess at high level an adequate knowledge of the studied subjects: English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology. This will be checked during the enrolment procedures.
• All documents should be originals or certified copies (i.e. originally sealed and signed by the eligible institution/person).
• Deadline for the application: 25 July each year for the following academic year. In the qualification procedure only applications delivered until 25 July will be considered!
• There will be a list of potential candidates chosen by open competition on the basis of grades on the high school diploma from Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English. Additionally there will be a waiting list of candidates made in case of resignation of accepted candidates. The list of candidates and waiting list will be announced until 31 st July.

Original high school diploma or certified copy of a sufficiently high standard must be legalized by a Polish consulate (or other institution authorized to this procedure) in the country of student`s origin as the equivalent to Polish secondary school certificate. Students with diploma from members of the Hague Conference on Private Law must receive an apostille on the original high school diploma (www.hcch.net). Having received the documents, diploma will be then sent to grant an official recognition at Department of Education in Poland (Kuratorium Oswiaty).
3. Certificate from Polish Embassy or other authorized institution stating that student with that diploma is eligible to continue higher education (if not on diploma)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: The 6-year Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) Program in English is designed for international high school graduates or college graduates who have obtained satisfactory grades in Chemistry, Biology and English.
Candidates for this program may be accepted after demonstrating a record of academic achievements and after undergoing preliminary interviews with the University representatives.
High school graduates apply for admission to the first year (first pre-pharmacy year), whereas college graduates may apply for admission to the third year (first professional year) of the Pharm. D. Program.
To be admitted into the pharmacy professional phase of the program, students are required to have the following courses completed satisfactorily:
Students attending schools at which they have the option of enrolling in courses for a letter (or numerical) grade or on a pass-fail basis, are encouraged not to enroll on a pass-fail basis in the above courses. Note that the candidates to the professional phase of the Pharm. D.
